Founder-led, from the operating side.

Greg Foster is Centragen's founder and president, and J Paul Mosier is its co-founder and chief operating officer.

Greg is a working professional pilot and Lean Six Sigma–certified practitioner (Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University) with 21 years in regulated cargo aviation and 17 in pharmaceutical logistics. He holds current Class 7 radioactive-materials hazmat training, has operated under DOT special-permit procedures, and authored a twelve-module dangerous goods training program for a regulated air carrier.

J Paul is a service-disabled veteran who has built and run medical courier operations across nine states, and he leads Centragen's ground operations.
